Water Resources

Our water resources team has extensive experience helping local governments effectively manage stormwater, from designing flood control systems to developing comprehensive watershed management plans and establishing stormwater utilities. Environmental Permitting and Compliance

Applied Sciences provides strong regulatory knowledge and negotiation skills to assist clients in the expeditious preparation, approval and monitoring of environmental permits. At the municipal level, our experience includes NPDES stormwater permitting and program development (MS4 Phase I and II), support for determining Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDL) for impaired water bodies, and development of Basin Management Action Plans (BMAP).
